What’s your mailing address Monte? I feel like your 8 minute “No Turn” video just linked-up 30 years on trying to hack thru the golf jungle. You deserve to be paid.

Monte, you really have a gift in your ability appeal to the masses in the (golf) world where there are so many ‘philosophies’ dedicated to mastering the moment of truth (impact). I suspect I am just one of many ‘closet followers’ of your teachings that periodically comes out into the open. You do not know me, but you should know just how much you have helped me improve my golf swing – thank you. You understand not only what most commonly ails inspired students, but have the ability clearly relate cause, effect and unique approaches to meaningful change. One topic that has eluded me on your web postings pertains to the following, which I hope you can provide the ‘why’ answer for its positive impact on my swing. During my takeaway/backswing, I have to ‘feel’ as though my left arm (I am a lefty) does not fold and my left wrist does not hinge. Of course, both things DO occur, but I focus on the ‘feeling’ of not letting them happen. In doing so, my moment of truth provides the ‘fix’ that all of us are addicted to. When off, I struggle. So, why is this feeling so important? Better stated, what is the impact (no pun intended) this swing thought/feeling has on my overall swing that brings everything together? I am not so self-indulged to think you have the time to respond to one student’s request; rather, aside from personal insight, I thought this would be a topic that MIGHT benefit the masses you cater to through your teachings? Thank you Monte.
